Where do you provide telehealth services?
W.I.S.H. currently offers telehealth services in: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, IA, ID, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MT, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OR, RI, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY.
If you do not see your state listed, contact us and we will let you know if anything has changed.
What types of concerns do you treat?
We support women with concerns related to perimenopause and menopause, hormone health, sexual health, medical weight loss, thyroid optimization, functional health, and peptide therapy. Common reasons patients book include hot flashes, poor sleep, brain fog, mood changes, weight gain, low libido, painful intercourse, fatigue, and feeling like they do not feel like themselves.
How do I know which service to book?
If you are not sure, book the service that best matches your main concern (hormones, weight, thyroid, sexual health, or functional health). During your visit we will confirm the best plan and guide next steps. If you want help deciding before booking, use the Contact page to send a message.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit is focused and unrushed. We review your symptoms, history, goals, and what you have already tried. If testing is appropriate, we will discuss it. You will leave with clear next steps and a plan tailored to you.
Do you order lab work?
Lab work is not required for every patient. If testing will meaningfully guide your plan, we may recommend labs based on your symptoms and goals. We only recommend what is useful and relevant.
Do you prescribe medication?
When appropriate, medication may be part of your plan. We review your health history, benefits and risks, and follow-up monitoring so treatment is safe and personalized.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay, out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly.
Can I use HSA or FSA?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA payments, along with major credit cards.
Do you provide superbills?
Yes. We can provide a courtesy superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan and deductible, and we cannot guarantee payment.
Is telehealth secure and private?
Yes. Visits are completed through a secure telehealth platform. Many patients appreciate being able to discuss sensitive concerns from the privacy of home.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that things come up. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.

What if I have a medical emergency?
W.I.S.H. does not provide emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
